Group and Individual Wellness Skills Building
Trauma Pain & Wellness Center LLC is providing mobile peer support to adults 18 years of age and over and to Older Adults.
Individual and group sessions, building wellness and other skills mentoring, teaching, coaching, role modeling recovery, connecting to community resources such as employment, job training, GED and higher education, housing, government benefits, transportation training, building-rebuilding support system, other specific recovery supports desired by the individual and more.

Mobile
Peer Support
Trauma Pain & Wellness Center LLC is providing mobile peer support to adults 18 years of age and over and to Older Adults.
Peer support is a valuable, evidenced-base resource for those with serious mental health or co-occurring challenges supported by someone who have successfully addressed mental health or co-occurring challenges, trained and certified by the Pennsylvania Certification Board. CPS’ inspires hope and facilitate the learning of effective recovery skills, increase self-esteem and self-confidence among many more.

Support Services
These services include:
For older Adults (60 years and older): Address needs unique to older adults
Forensic: Support for individuals entangled with the criminal justice system
Co-occurring disorders: Individuals with both mental health and substance use disorders
Peer Support Services for adults 18 years and older with serious mental illness as defined by the Mental Health Bulletin number OMH-19-05 that meets the medical necessity criteria. Currently has a moderate to severe functional impairment(s) that interferes with or limits performance in at least one of the following developmental domains:
- Education – obtaining a high school, technical/vocational skill or college degree
- Social – developing a social support system
- Vocational – obtaining part or full-time employment
- Self-Maintenance – managing symptoms, understanding his/her illness, managing money, living more independently
