Catherine Bollers
Catherine Bollers is a graduate of Community College of Philadelphia, Chestnut Hill College and earned her Master in Criminal Justice/Behavioral Analysis from Saint Joseph’s University in 2015. Currently, Catherine is the President and CEO of Trauma Pain & Wellness Center LLC, a part-time fee for service mental health therapist at City Wide Community Counseling, an Adjunct Trauma Trainer at Lakeside Global Institute (LGI), and a former MAT Counselor at Merakey.
Catherine is a Pain Processer and holds Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) and Certified Trauma Competent Professional (CTCP) credentials. Catherine is EVIDENCE THAT RECOVERY IS REAL AND ACHIEVABLE.

Onzie Travis
Onzie Travis is a graduate of Community College of Philadelphia and Saint Joseph’s University. Currently, Onzie is Director of Peer Support Services at Omni Health Services and Adjunct Trauma Trainer for Lakeside Global Institute (LGI). Onzie is an Independent Behavioral Health Consultant and Curriculum Designer. Onzie is a former Trainer and Technical Assistance Consultant for Mental Health Association of Southeastern PA (MHASP) now known as Mental Health Partnerships (MHP), a former Addictions Counselor and a former Litigation Paralegal.
Onzie’s credentials include: Certified Peer Specialist (CPS), Forensic Peer Specialist, Certified Trauma Competent Professional, Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CADC), Pain Processor, Certified Older Adult Peer Specialist Facilitator (COAPSF), Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Instructor, and Advance Level Wrap Co-Facilitator (ALWF). Onzie is the evidence of successful long-term recovery!

A Note on Referrals
Referred Persons must meet:
SMI—Serious Mental Illness—A condition experienced by persons 18 years of age and older who, at any time during the past year, had a diagnosable mental, behavioral, or emotional disorder that met the diagnostic criteria within the current DSM and that has resulted in functional impairment and which substantially interferes with or limits one or more major life activities. Adults who would have met functional impairment criteria during the referenced year without the benefit of treatment or other support services are considered to have serious mental illness. Substance use disorders, developmental disorders, and neurodevelopmental disorders are not included.
Medical necessity review guidelines. Service Initiation: (1) Adult Peer Support Services. To be eligible for adult peer support services, an individual shall meet the following: (a) Be 18 years of age and older. (b) Have the presence of or a history of a serious mental illness. (c) Have a written recommendation for peer support services from a LPHA acting within the scope of professional practice. (d) Chooses to receive peer support services. (2) Youth and Young Adult Peer Support Services. To be eligible for youth and young adult peer support services, an individual shall meet the following: (a) Be 14 years of age and older but under 27 years of age. (b) Have the presence of or a history of a serious emotional disturbance or serious mental illness. (c) Have a written recommendation for peer support services from a LPHA acting within the scope of professional practice. (d) Chooses to receive peer support services.
